Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Svarn Jewels. We’re committed to ensuring your order reaches you safely and on time. Most of our orders are shipped via BlueDart/DTDC.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Please note: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

• Once shipped, a tracking link will be shared via SMS and email.

Delivery Timelines (India)

• Tier 1 cities: Delivered within 1–2 business days

• Other cities/towns: Delivered within 4–5 business days

• Pre-order designs: Delivered within 15 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment online.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide with secure packaging and reliable carriers.

• Standard Delivery: Within 10 business days

• Import Duties & Taxes: All international orders may incur customs duties and taxes. These are not included in the order amount and must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

• Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance in the destination country.

Undelivered International Orders

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the package may be destroyed at the destination. In such cases, no refunds or reshipments will be processed.
