Return & Refund Policy

At Svarn Jewels, we take great care to ensure the quality of our products. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return:
Returns or refunds are only applicable for products that are damaged upon delivery. To initiate a return, customers must:

Submit a return request [here] within 3 days of receiving the order.

Email an unboxing video clearly showing the damage to return@svarnjewels.com.

Return Process:
Once your return request and video evidence are reviewed and approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 3-5 business days.

Refunds & Replacements:
Upon receipt and inspection of all the returned item:

  • You may opt for a replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or

  • Receive store credit equal to the purchase value.

Refunds or credits will be processed within 2 business days after the returned product is received and verified.

  • Returns without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

  • We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or general dissatisfaction.
