Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Please note: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Once shipped, a tracking link will be shared via SMS and email.

Other cities/towns: Delivered within 4–5 business days

Undelivered International Orders

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the package may be destroyed at the destination. In such cases, no refunds or reshipments will be processed.

Returns or refunds are only applicable for products that are damaged upon delivery. To initiate a return, customers must:

Return Process:
Once your return request and video evidence are reviewed and approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 3-5 business days.

Refunds & Replacements:
Upon receipt and inspection of all the returned item:

You may opt for a replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or
Receive store credit equal to the purchase value.

Refunds or credits will be processed within 2 business days after the returned product is received and verified.

Returns without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
