Earn with Svarn Jewels — Creator Program

 

 

The "Earn with Svarn" program ("Program") is operated by Svarn Jewels Jewels ("we", "us", "our", "Brand"). It allows eligible content creators ("Creator", "you") to earn store credits by purchasing Svarn Jewels products, creating original video content featuring those products, and submitting a collaboration request. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation.

 

•        "Content" means any video, reel, short-form video, photograph, caption, or other creative material produced by the Creator featuring Svarn Jewels products.

•        "Submission" means the act of sending a collab request to Svarn Jewels via DM, form, or any other channel designated by Svarn Jewels.

•        "Compensation" means store credits issued by Svarn Jewels to the Creator upon approval of their Submission.

•        "Approval" means written or digital confirmation by Svarn Jewels that a Submission meets program criteria.

•        "Store Credits" means non-transferable, non-refundable credits redeemable on Svarn Jewels's store only.

 

To participate in the Program, you must:

•        Be at least 18 years of age.

•        Reside in India or any jurisdiction where participation is lawful.

•        Have made a verified, full-price purchase of a Svarn Jewels product using your own payment method.

•        Have posted original Content that tags Svarn Jewels, is publicly accessible, and complies with these Terms.

•        Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Svarn Jewels employee.

Svarn reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to disqualify any Creator who does not meet these requirements.

 

Participation follows these steps: (i) purchase a Svarn Jewels product at full price; (ii) create and publicly post a video featuring the product on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, or another platform approved by Svarn; (iii) tag Svarn Jewels's official handle in the post; and (iv) submit your collab request with your order number and content link via the designated channel. Submissions are reviewed within three (3) to five (5) business days. Svarn Jewels will notify approved Creators via DM or the contact information provided.

 

5.1 Grant of License

By submitting Content and accepting Compensation, you grant Svarn Jewels a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, adapt, edit, translate, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit your Content — in whole or in part — across all media channels now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to:

•        Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter/X, Pinterest, Snapchat, and others)

•        Paid advertising and sponsored promotions (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, influencer reposts, and boosted content)

•        Svarn's website, mobile application, and e-commerce listings

•        Email marketing, newsletters, and push notifications

•        Offline materials including print, packaging, in-store displays, billboards, and events

•        Press releases, media kits, and investor presentations

 

5.2 Advertising Use Acknowledged

You explicitly acknowledge that Svarn Jewels may use your Content for commercial advertising purposes — including paid ad campaigns — without any additional payment, credit, or approval beyond the Compensation already issued. Your acceptance of Compensation constitutes your informed consent to this advertising use.

 

5.3 No Moral Rights Assertion

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any moral rights or rights of attribution in relation to Svarn Jewels's use of the Content under this license.

 

5.4 No Further Compensation

The store credits issued constitute full and final compensation for the license granted herein. You are not entitled to any royalty, revenue share, or further payment regardless of the commercial value generated from the use of your Content.

 

Svarn reserves the absolute and unconditional right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, to:

•        Decline any Submission for any reason or no reason, without explanation or liability.

•        Withdraw an Approval and cancel issued credits if it is discovered that eligibility criteria were not met, information provided was inaccurate, or Content was obtained or posted in violation of these Terms.

•        Suspend or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.

•        Modify the credit structure, eligibility criteria, or program rules at any time.

•        Refuse participation to any Creator who has previously violated these Terms or whose association the Brand deems contrary to its values or reputation.

A decision to refuse does not entitle the Creator to a refund of their product purchase, as the purchase is independent of Program participation.

 

•        Credits are non-monetary, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

•        Credits are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issuance. Unused credits expire and are forfeited.

•        Credits can only be applied toward full-price purchases on Svarn Jewels's store and cannot be combined with other discount codes unless explicitly permitted.

•        Credits are linked to the Creator's registered email or account and cannot be gifted or transferred.

•        In the event of account closure or violation of these Terms, all outstanding credits are void.

 

8.1 Minimum Posting Period

You agree to keep the submitted Content publicly posted and accessible for a minimum of sixty (60) days from the date of Approval. Deleting, archiving, or making the Content private within this period will result in immediate cancellation of issued credits and may require reimbursement of credit value used.

 

8.2 Disclosure Requirements

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable advertising disclosure laws and guidelines, including the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) Guidelines for Influencer Advertising in Digital Media. You must clearly disclose that the Content was created in exchange for store credits, using labels such as "#Ad", "#Collab", "#EarnedCredits", or equivalent disclosures as required by applicable platform policies and law. Svarn Jewels is not liable for your failure to make required disclosures.

 

8.3 Content Standards

Content must not: (i) be false, misleading, or disparaging to Svarn Jewels or any third party; (ii) infringe any third-party intellectual property rights; (iii) contain offensive, obscene, defamatory, or unlawful material; (iv) feature products of Svarn Jewels's direct competitors in the same post; or (v) be created with the intent to deceive consumers.

 

By participating in the Program, you represent and warrant that:

•        You are the sole author and owner of the Content and have full right to grant the license in Section 5.

•        The Content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

•        Any person appearing in the Content has given their informed consent to appear.

•        The purchase made was genuine, not procured through fraud, chargebacks, promotional abuse, or return manipulation.

•        All information provided in your Submission is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

•        Your participation does not violate any agreement you have with a third party, including exclusivity agreements with other brands.

 

The following conduct will result in immediate disqualification, cancellation of credits, and possible legal action:

•        Submitting Content that was not genuinely created by you.

•        Purchasing products using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.

•        Artificially inflating view counts, engagement, or follower numbers through bots or paid services.

•        Submitting the same Content across multiple accounts to obtain duplicate credits.

•        Colluding with other Creators to game the Program criteria.

•        Publicly misrepresenting the terms, value, or nature of the Program.

 

All Svarn Jewels trademarks, logos, product designs, and brand assets remain the exclusive property of Svarn Jewels. The license granted in Section 5 does not extend to any Svarn-owned intellectual property. Any Content you create that incorporates Svarn Jewels's trademarks or product images may be used by Svarn Jewels in accordance with Section 5 but does not grant you any ownership over Svarn Jewels's intellectual property.

 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Svarn Jewels and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your Content; (ii) your participation in the Program; (iii) your breach of these Terms; (iv) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (v) your infringement of any third-party right.

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Svarn Jewels's total liability to you in connection with the Program shall not exceed the value of store credits actually issued to you. Svarn Jewels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or reputation, arising out of your participation in or exclusion from the Program.

 

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that Svarn Jewels may collect, store, and process personal data you provide (including your name, social media handle, and order information) for the purposes of administering the Program, verifying eligibility, issuing credits, and using Content as described in Section 5. Svarn Jewels will handle your data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the Svarn Jewels website.

 

Svarn may terminate your participation in the Program and cancel all pending or issued credits with immediate effect if you breach any provision of these Terms. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of termination. Sections 5 (Content License), 9 (Representations), 12 (Indemnification), 13 (Limitation of Liability), and 16 (Governing Law) survive termination.

 

Svarn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

 

Nothing in these Terms creates or implies an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or fiduciary relationship between you and Svarn Jewels. You are participating as an independent individual. You are not authorised to make any representations or commitments on behalf of Svarn Jewels.

 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert City, e.g., Mumbai / Delhi / Bengaluru].

 

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

 

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Svarn Jewels with respect to the Program and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, understandings, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the Program.
